Please join us as we acknowledge and thank the businesses that are a big part of this year’s One Book One Valley program.
White Birch Books: From year one, Laura Cummings has been a core organizer, connecting us to authors and readers, providing books for libraries at a steep discount, and spreading the word about the featured book, and all books, and reading!
Black Cap Grille: Dine to Donate on the night of our Big Event has been a great fundraiser for our program for several years now. Program organizers have had some wonderful dinners with One Book One Valley authors over the years at Black Cap. (Monica Wood recommends the salmon.)
Samuel O’Reilly House B & B: providing accommodations for this year’s author. She’ll be well taken care of by Owner/Innkeeper Jason Zube and General Manager/Innkeeper Matthew Spofford.
Minute Man Press: has been printing our bookmarks and posters for years. They always turn the job around in record time at a busy time of the year so we’re ready to go right after Labor Day.
One Book One Valley is a big, cooperative, community effort. Librarians, library Friends, grant foundations, local businesses and organizations, individuals who volunteer to present programs, and readers–all work together to make this program happen. Thank you!
