We’re so glad to be partnering with M&D Playhouse this year. We found out this spring that we both were featuring works by the writer Monica Wood, so working together and cross-promoting each others’ events seemed like a natural thing to do.
So, we will kick off this year’s One Book One Valley with some theater!
- An Evening with Monica Wood — Friday, August 25, 6:00 pm at M&D Playhouse, North Conway, 603-733-5275 — Prior to M&D Playhouse’s production of Wood’s play, Papermaker, this unique event will offer bookworms and theater enthusiasts an opportunity to interact with Wood and explore her work. This event (but not the play performance) is free and open to the public. White Birch Books will be there with copies of Wood’s books for sale and signing.
